Born and raised in New Jersey, I have always had a passion for food. Upon receiving my Associates in Culinary Arts, I continued to find my path in the kitchen by working in a wide range of eateries and with many inspirational colleagues.

With a plethora of table-side and service experience, I knew that I wanted to provide guests the most memorable experience possible. My mission is to help bring the vision of each guest to life on every occasion. Through constant development and refinement of my craft, I aspire to exceed expectations and help create an environment in which the company of family and friends may be best enjoyed.

It is with the utmost care and concern that each dish is prepared. Safety and sanitation are  priorities and are of the most importance from start to finish. Health consciousness, flavor, and presentation are critical to delivering an optimal dining experience.

Service Experience

Inspiration is a major driving force in my role as a private chef. I am invigorated by new ideas that challenge old traditions and I always seek to provide a unique experience. With that in mind, I continue to welcome cuisines that represent many parts of the world.

I have had the pleasure of working with guests from the New Jersey and New York Area. Service is typically limited to North New Jersey and New York, NY. However, arrangements have been made for previous events (i.e. large parties, special occasions) outside of this region.

Event types vary from birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate gatherings, bridal showers, and so much more! Groups both small and large are encouraged to make a reservation, from a dinner of 2 to several dozen guests.

I am proud to offer additional staff of amazing servers, bartenders, and a sous chef if required to further accommodate your event needs.

The entire service experience includes Chef-crafted menus and the purchasing of necessary ingredients, as well as other essentials. Once I have gathered all of the necessities, I arrive at the specified location and begin to prepare, cook, and plate each course. Every plate is presented with appropriate table service, and the kitchen is left in the same condition in which it was found.

My goal is to accommodate any request to the best of my abilities. Whether these requests involve dining area set-up, surprises, or personalized dietary restrictions, it is my privilege to provide the most hospitable dining atmosphere possible.

The following menus are samples from previous events. Menus are tailored to fit dietary needs, allergy restrictions, and personal preferences. Each menu can be used for parties of all sizes. The number of guests and courses, as well as the price of ingredients, are the main factors contributing to overall cost.

For my engagement to my now fiance, I wanted to hire a personal chef and bartender to come to our house and cook us a meal with paired drinks. I also planned on having a small after party with our closest friends. Chef David accommodated all of my requests. He gave us a full 4 course meal from starter to desert, and appetizers for the afterparty. The food was amazing and delicious and made our engagement very memorable. David made me look good when it was all him!!! Thank you David for making our engagement something to remember.

All 5 were: work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality. David was very impressive as well as his sous chef. He was very informative in the days leading up to the event, as well as flexible in what we were requesting prior. He gave great options for our 3 course brunch menu and we were thrilled with the results. We selected french toast fries, eggs benedict and lobster tacos. The presentation of the food looked just as appetizing as it tasted. His team also took care of setting up our desert platter. All in all, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an easy going chef who’s passionate about what he does.

Chef David did an amazing job - we hired him for a bachelorette brunch and he was extremely professional and everything was delicious! He was able to accommodate dietary restrictions so well and was very collaborate in coming up with the menu. He did everything from setting the table and cleaning up the kitchen very thoroughly afterwards. Thank you chef David for making this special occasion so much more special.. it was my mother’s 75th birthday and to make it special - we hired chef David - the 1st time we ever used a private chef. We have kids and we didn’t want to go out to a restaurant between Covid and knowing the kids wouldn’t be able to sit there for a long time. chef David absolutely exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. He was extremely flexible with the time of the party which changed 4 times due to soccer schedule conflicts.. we agreed on a great menu he suggested at a price point that worked for both of us.. the day of the event he bought all the ingredients and prepped the meals in plenty of time - it was very relaxing for us knowing everything was being taken care of.. we went with a brunch menu and the French toast sticks and eggs Benedict were amazing!! The highlight was the quiche which was a huge hit with my parents and their friends! After the meal he cleaned up and loaded the dishwasher which was also a huge relief so we can continue to enjoy the get together. I can confidently recommend chef David for any special event..

David is an excellent cook and was very professional in every respect. He came to our home to cook two main dishes ( lamb racks and sea bass) with 3 different sides. He wore a mask and gloves and cleaned up every kitchen area after his work. He was punctual and very responsive to all our requests. The food was very good and probably enough for 3 or 4 meals for 2 people
